General Rules

Tickets

We work with different ticketing companies all around the world. Please check the event link to make sure you are buying from official channels. Tickets can also be purchased at the doors in case the show is not announced as sold out. Conditions may vary depending on the ticket provider, please check their websites for details. Always purchase tickets only via official channels.

Age Limit

We believe culture should be accessible to everyone, if there is a certain age limit, it is based on the venue policy or artist policy request.

Disabilities

We kindly invite everyone to attend our events, you are always welcome and we’ll do our best to provide you with a comfortable experience. If you need a seated place or use a wheelchair, please contact us at booking@igmusic.co– it’s not required, but it’ll give us time to have everything prepared beforehand. A seriously disabled person’s guardian enters the show free, under the condition that the disabled person has a valid ticket.

Schedule

The time indicated during the show’s announcement is indicative as there are many factors that you can’t predict so many months ahead. In the days leading up to the event, the exact schedule and performance times are published on our website, socials and via our ticketing partners. It is a general outline not reflecting possible last minute changes. For the most up to date information please follow our social networks and FB event posts.
